Established as the Seattle Real Estate expert, HGTV (Home and Garden Television) selected Jennifer out of thousands of Realtors to appear as their Seattle professional on their hit television series, “My House is Worth What?”. She has currently filmed 12 episodes.
Jennifer also has extensive knowledge of new construction development and sales as previously involved with the residential sales of the largest concentrated urban redevelopment project in the United States. The project currently consists of more than 60 acres of real estate in the South Lake Union area of Seattle being developed by Vulcan, Paul Allen’s visionary real estate company.
Having earned her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional Realtor) and e-PRO (Certified Real Estate Internet Specialist) designations, Jennifer continues to demonstrate her commitment to the highest level of education and professionalism in the industry. Beyond the real estate agent requirements, Jennifer has advanced as a licensed broker in the State of Washington. She is currently taking courses to achieve the Eco-Broker designation.
Active in the community, Jennifer is a member of the Greater Queen Anne Chamber of Commerce and also volunteers in several fundraising activities. Jennifer lives in Queen Anne with her husband and their puggle.
Jennifer graduated cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. Combining her previous experience in luxury hotel operations at the Four Seasons Hotels with her passion for excellent service and knowledge of real estate, Jennifer has become a leader in the field of real estate.
